The Talibon Water District Family Celebrates 37th Anniversary for founding this organization to help the citizens of Talibon to serve water adequately.
Together with the General Manager, employees and the Board to Trustees done first by having a mass at the Most Holy Trinity Cathedral at 6:15 in the morning and finished at 7:30. All employees gather for a breakfast in the office. At 12:10 noon, the celebration began. Before that, Sir Norberto (Ladi) Rama initiated the prayer for thanksgiving and started with a banquet. The celebration ended at 3 in the afternoon.
